National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals Names Top 250 Latino Agents and Top 100 Latino-led Teams in the United States
The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals® (NAHREP®) released its annual Top 250 Agents Report and RE/MAX, the world’s most productive real estate network*, once again led all brands with the most rankings. In its seventh year of publication, the annual report honors top-producing participating Latino agents in the U.S. based on 2017 residential transaction sides and volume.
For the fourth consecutive year, RE/MAX was the most represented brand in the ranking of the top 250 individual agents. An impressive 75 RE/MAX associates (30 percent) were included in the list, 29 more agents than the closest competitor (Century 21 with 46 honorees). Coldwell Bank and Keller Williams had 20 agents each, ERA was fifth with 9 and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices was sixth with 8. Better Homes and Gardens, HomeSmart and Weichert Realtors each had one honoree on the list. Luis Ortiz with RE/MAX Partners in Berwyn, Illinois, was the highest ranking RE/MAX associate placing third with 222 transaction sides in 2017.
