Introducing Take Flight

Take Flight was launched in 2017 and has received amazing feedback from attendees. Many RE/MAX  Brokers/Owners and Managers are even mandating this course as part of their on-boarding process, because they recognize its value for their agents.

This course is designed to teach you the specific activities needed to operate a successful real estate business. You will also learn new business building skills and critical operating activities currently being utilized by the nation’s most successful agents!

Not only does Take Flight include two days of intensive in-class bootcamp from RE/MAX Learning and Development Specialists, it also includes a 60-minute one-on-one coaching session and continued marketing support via email and text after the program.

RE/MAX TAKE FLIGHT is a six week program designed for agents who are at the onset of their real estate careers.

The program includes two weeks of pre-work that will give you the tools to prepare the following before even stepping foot in the classroom. You will complete:

  • DISC Profile
  • Profit and Loss Statement
  • Time Management Analysis
  • All of your contacts loaded into your CRM (a free trial of IXACT Contact is included as part of your class or you are welcome to use your own CRM)
