Born in Boston and raised in Malden, MA, David Ladner has lived in eastern Massachusetts his whole life. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. In 2011, after working in the Retail Management industry for 7 years he decided to purchase an investment property to start earning passive income.
He and his wife purchased their first home in Everett: a 4-Family home, where they lived in one unit and rented out the other three. Researching investment properties, going through the buying and negotiating stages, and starting renovations and repairs taught David many new skills. By going through this experience, he realized his passion for Real Estate.
Since 2014, David has been a Top Producer in Sales for RE/MAX Andrew Realty Services. David earned RE/MAX Platinum Sales in 2015, 2016 and 2017. In 2018, David helped 38 families achieve their goals, which earned him the prestigious Chairman’s Club Award and national recognition by becoming one of the newest members of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. David was named to REAL Trends* 2019 “America’s Best” list which honors America’s finest real estate agents from all across the country. Those ranked are among the top 1/2 of 1% of 1.4 million licensed real estate professionals in the United States.
