Creating Affordable 3-D Tours | Tips from Gary Kelley

Gary Kelley of RE/MAX Executive Realty in Marlborough, MA has found recent success generating his own virtual tours, without spending a lot of money. With a few inexpensive pieces of technology and a little bit of time, Gary is able to showcase homes and market them as a 24/7 Open House!

Below, Gary shares his trade-secrets and offers some useful tips for doing this on your own.

Due to cost and time, Gary used to create 3-D home tours on his high-end properties only. But with social distancing practices in place, he found the need to use 3-D tours on all of his listings. With his new friends, a Ricoh Theta camera and Matterport capture software, Gary is able to create his own virtual tour for a 3,000 square foot home in less than 45- minutes.  At less than $300 for the camera, Gary says the process becomes very affordable, which is a good thing as he thinks virtual tours are here to stay – and can be your next selling feature!

Check back next week to see a new example! Adapting to these new business practices shows your clients that RE/MAX continues to support them and surpass all expectations during these changing times.
