Karen Landry, Team Leader of Landry & Co Realty Group of RE/MAX Destiny in Cambridge, MA, has found that during times like these, when we must proceed with caution, the best way to do so is to embrace technology and explore its opportunities. Karen is coaching her agents to utilize many different online platforms and they’re finding it’s offering them an opportunity to stay connected with clients while providing safety, flexibility and convenience.

Karen and her team have discovered that technology provides them the opportunity to stay safe but has also helped them become more streamlined in their processes and it’s helping them with time management. For their clients, they enjoy the opportunity to provide high resolution photos, online tours and 3D offerings. And by letting the clients select their preferred communication method, her team is able to provide a convenience and comfort factor, allowing clients to complete walk throughs, purchase tours and open houses via FaceTime, Facebook Live and Zoom.  A win-win for everyone!
