The Importance of a Digital Walk Through | Tips from Joe Fitzpatrick

Joe Fitzpatrick, Team Leader of the The Fitzpatrick Team at RE/MAX Professionals in Newport, RI has been offering digital walk throughs for his clients long before COVID-19 disrupted in-person transactions. Working exclusively with Connection Street Media, Joe and his team use photography, video and drone services to create individual packages for each property.  Joe says providing this service on all listings lets potential buyers get a feel for the property.

While the digital walk through is useful for listings, Joe says what’s really important is vetting the buyers.  Joe and his team require all buyers, that want to see a listing in person, complete these three steps: 1) Drive by the property.  2) Send through their pre-approval paperwork.  3) Watch the digital walk through video.  Joe says it’s a highly effective process and one that can be easily instituted with the proper tools.
