But as he shares here, it’s not only about the house and camera. While he’s impressed with his Ozmo 2 gimbal he’s quick to point out that having an easy-to-use software program is just as important.
Andy and his partner, Tammy Todaro, use the MiniTool Movie Maker. They have found that personalizing their video tours with a quick selfie introduction and outro, partnered with stitching together video clips with caption overlays, really helps draw attention to certain home features, as well as some personal promotion. Andy says you can download the software to your laptop and that it’s easy, intuitive, and fun to use – all very important attributes when you need to turn a video out quickly and efficiently!
