RE/MAX TAKE FLIGHT is a six week program designed for agents who are at the onset of their real estate careers.

The program includes two weeks of pre-work that will give you the tools to prepare the following before even stepping foot in the classroom. You will complete:

  • DISC Profile
  • Profit and Loss Statement
  • Time Management Analysis
  • All of your contacts loaded into your CRM (a free trial of IXACT Contact is included as part of your class or you are welcome to use your own CRM)

The two-day intensive is a classroom-based interactive learning experience. This is when you roll up your sleeves and really dig in! It is led by our Learning and Development Specialists and you will participate in discussion, exercises, role plays, coaching, in-field activities and assignments.

  • Economic Plan
  • Database Management
  • Personality Profiles
  • Marketing Plan
  • Time Management
  • Sales Skills
  • Potential Pitfalls
