Listing Syndication: It’s About the Client…Not Us

It is about You, Not UsWe’re releasing a new flyer for you to use in listings presentations about the power of listing syndication and why RE/MAX chooses to use it.

The focus is on the sellers and the power of putting their listings in front of more screens than our competitors. Last week we told you about Edina Realty’s choice to remove their listings from syndication and specifically. Because of that decision, they can’t compete with us on our ability to provide maximum exposure for clients listing a home with us.

When you’re competing with Edina Realty for listings in the 13 county Twin Cities metro or Rochester, make sure you’re taking advantage of the presentation flyers below.

Don’t just take our word for the value of listing syndication – check out what Jim Kimmons an agent, broker, and author has to say about the topic:

“Real estate listing syndication is not something you can ignore. Every day, listings are won or lost in the presentation phase based on web exposure. …The fact is, the number of visitors a local real estate site manages to gather is a bit like comparing the eye of a needle to the universe. The many millions of website visits each month to real estate sites are by far concentrated on certain national portals and search engines.”
