Walter Schneider
President & Co-Founder

Walter Schneider is President and Co-founder of the RE/MAX INTEGRA Group of Companies. In 1980, alongside his business partner Frank Polzler, Chairman and Co-Founder, Schneider acquired the Eastern Canadian rights to RE/MAX, establishing both the brand and their head office in Mississauga, where it currently resides. In the following years he and his partner continued to acquire the rights to multiple regions throughout the United States, Europe and the Middle East. Today Walter and Frank own and operate the RE/MAX brand in 36 countries worldwide, with over 3,100 operating offices and an agent count of more than 40,000; which equates to nearly 1/3 of the entire RE/MAX network.

Frank Polzer
Chairman & Co-Founder

Frank J. Polzler is Chairman and Co-Founder of the RE/MAX INTEGRA Group of Companies. With his business partner, Walter Schneider, Polzler has played an instrumental role in changing the real estate framework. In 1980, they acquired the Eastern Canadian rights to RE/MAX and propelled the innovative new concept to unprecedented success. Polzler and Schneider subsequently went on to drive RE/MAX growth throughout multiple regions in the United States. After having conquered North America, Polzler and Schneider focused on a more global vision, founding RE/MAX Europe, a model that is credited with revolutionizing, modernizing and standardizing the real estate profession in Europe. Pamela Alexander
Regional Owner

Ms. Alexander has been involved in every facet of the RE/MAX organization– from the ground floor to the executive suites—with distinguished service for more than 39 years. Her brokerage, RE/MAX Professionals in Mississauga, ON was the first RE/MAX franchise to open in Eastern Canada in 1980. Ms. Alexander joined the Regional Office of RE/MAX Ontario-Atlantic Canada in 1995 as Regional Director and was promoted to the position of CEO & Managing Director, North American Operations in 2001.

Shelby Schneider-MacDonald
Vice President of Corporate Synergy

Shelby is a second-generation RE/MAX INTEGRA leader. She meets regularly with ownership and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure company goals and objectives are met, to organize and prioritize company-wide and regional projects, and to address critical issues.

Fiona Petrie

Fiona oversees all operations of RE/MAX INTEGRA U.S. regions. Comprised of Indiana, Minnesota and Wisconsin in the Midwest and Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont in New England, the U.S. regions boast more than 500 offices and nearly 7,000 agents. Fiona has a deep background in Real Estate having been a RE/MAX agent and helping run and sell a 700 agent Brokerage. Fiona has also had a rich career in technology, working in senior tech positions with companies such as homes.com.

She began her journey with RE/MAX INTEGRA over 14 years ago when she led both the Franchise Development and Franchise Sales team to award winning results. She has worked in many other roles during her tenure with RE/MAX INTEGRA including V.P of Sales for North America and most recently E.V.P and Regional Director of the Midwest.

Fiona is a co-host on RE/MAX INTEGRA’s Now We’re Talking Real Estate podcast, is a contributing author for Inman News and Forbes Real Estate Council, and was recently honored with the RISMedia 2020 Real Estate Newsmaker Award and the 2020 Swanepoel Watchlist Award.

As RE/MAX INTEGRA’s Vice President, US General Counsel, Judy oversees the legal department for all of RE/MAX INTEGRA’s US regions. For over 20 years Judy has counseled RE/MAX INTEGRA’s leadership team on all external and internal US legal matters. Judy advises Franchise Sales, Business Growth, and Operations at franchise sale and throughout the franchise relationship; manages regulatory disclosure and compliance functions; and provides legal advice and service to the Marketing and Promotions team.

Ellen Mainzer

As the Legal Department Coordinator for all of RE/MAX INTEGRA’s US regions, Ellen manages and organizes the legal department’s workflow, including franchise document review, marketing and promotions agreements, and franchise disclosure regulation and compliance, and coordinates the delivery of all legal services.
