  1. I received a lead in the middle of the night this summer. I happened to be up in the middle of the night and responded to a 4:30 am lead. The buyer was looking at 2 inner city properties that were foreclosures and in poor condition. I responded to the lead immediately and received another e-mail from the buyer later in the morning. I asked the buyer to meet and take 20 minutes to talk with me about her wants and needs. The next day she met me at my office and shortly after her arrival I walked her into our Mortage Partners Office to be pre-qualified. She was happy to see she could afford more than she had originally thought. We put the sale together and closed in under 40 days.

    Just a short time after I transferred to RE/MAX, I recieved a lead from a young couple moving back to the area. They were anxious to move back, start their new jobs and a family. We communicated thru emails, until Thanksgiving time when they arrived in town. They were staying with family until they could find their home. We looked for about 2 months and we found the perfect home. Just in time too, shortly after the offer was accepted, they found out they were expecting their first child!

  3. I am currently working with few buyers that have come off of the site. I think it is great that RE/MAX continues to set up and make available lead generation products for their agents. My ONLY regret in joining RE/MAX in the 14 years is that I didn’t do it in my first 9. I have been in the industry for 23 years, and I can honestly say that the most professional, innovative and dedicated bunch of individuals are those within the RE/MAX system.

  4. I received a text leadstreet. It gave me a phone number and a email. I called and emailed this party immediately. They wanted to see 1 house. Then a few days later they called, to see another house. I met them in April 2009. We found a home in July and our offer was accepted. They were having problems with there loan officer so we ended up switching to another lender. We closed on there home in October. After the closing was done. My client gave me a hug to Thank me and said that the only person that he had trusted threw all of the problem we dealt with was me. He was so glad that I had been the one to call him that day. I really made my day that everything worked out for them.

    I received a text message informing me I had a lead. After responding to the lead, I received an email requesting showings. I met with this young couple and their friend. I am still working with this young couple, however, I closed on a home with their friend October 15th! I find the quality of the leads from leadstreet is amazing. Thank you RE/MAX!

  6. I received a text with a lead. I followed up right away and called. I had a young couple looking to see a property. After a couple of attempts I had an appointment.
    I showed a variety of homes before they settled on a beautiful turn of the century home in the Nokomis area of Minneapolis. The sale was in the $275,000 range. The buyers will buy land with me in a couple years also.

    I recieved a lead and responded immediatly. I didnt expect such a quick turn around. The information was easily available and appointment was made. These buyers knew exactly what they wanted. On the 2nd showing we wrote an acceptable offer and closed within 60 days.

  8. I received a leadstreet lead in early January from a young couple looking to buy their first home. The home that they inquired about did not suit their needs however, I was able to find them a home they fell in love with. We closed the end of March. They are now part of my client appreciation program and telling everyone they know about me.

    Hi,
    I recieved and responded quickly to a first time buyer inquiry re: a foreclosed property. The property was currently uninhabitable I informed the buyer. After a few days communicating electronically, we finally spoke on the phone. I began automatically sending the buyer listings that matched their criteria. After 4 mths, they were ready to look at homes with me. They found a very nice home that needed very little work and bought it from me. They were happy and appreciative! Thanks RE/MAX!

    Leadstreet sent me another lead in Feb ’08 for a first time buyer. After a couple weeks of electronic communication, the buyer welcomed my lender referral, got qualified, and began shopping for a home in Mar ’08. We saw several homes and they bought a beautiful listing of mine and closed it in May ’08. Great young couple to work for!

    I had received an e-mail lead in late spring 2009 from a first time home buyer. I quickly sprung into action and within a couple days we wrote on a home. We were out bid and thus a longer home search began (deal fell through, short sales not coming together). Early in the search we found that all of us had a common interest in volleyball, which I was asked to play on a couple of their teams. It was a great summer of house hunting and volleyball. Oh, and we finally closed in August on the second house they wrote on!

    I’ve found leadstreet to be a very useful tool. Early on the leads seemed to go nowhere, BUT, 3 of my most recent transactions were a result of leads from leadstreet. My most recent listing started as a lead 18months ago, my last offer was written for a lead street lead and I currently have 3 or 4 buyers actively looking to buy that were a result of leadstreet leads. The key is to contact the lead immediately, stay in touch and realize that it takes time to see results.

    I have had several successes with leadstreet. Last summer I accepted a 5:00 a.m. lead that turned into a $390k+ sale. The buyer’s previous realtor exprience wasn’t very service oriented, therefore, I made sure to exceed the buyer’s expectations. This spring I responded to two leads: the first has led to a short search and a long protracted Offer that is scheduled to close finally this week!; the other led to a $419,000 purchase and a $181,500 listing/sale. I have others in the works! Make sure to take your leads and hold onto them. THEY WORK!

    I have received numerous leads over the years. When I talk to other agents who have to pay their brokers a referral for leads I am quick to show them how much commission I have earned without having to pay a referral. It goes a long way in paying my “desk fee” that they are always using as a reason not to come to Re/Max.

    Thanks to Leadstreet, I have closed 2 of my 14 sales thru November, 2009, from 1st time homebuyer leads that came to me through the system. That’s a combined total $203,000 of real estate sold thanks to LeadStreet!

    Leadstreet gave me a wonderful lead. A young, single first time home buyer who would not have bought a house had it not been for the tax credit. This buyer turned out to hold a position in one of the biggest employers in the area. We had such a good buyer/reatltor relationship that I’m looking forward to referrals in the future.

    I know everyone says this and that don`t work. Will lead street does work. Sometimes Agents blame other things, like the economy or foreclosures etc., why they are not getting leads. To find out on Lead Street, a few Agent had their info in wrong. Guess what? they`re getting leads now. Amazing how things work when you get the system down.

    RE/MAX Lead street is the best way to get a lead. I recently got a text on my phone to accept a lead from lead street. I accepted the lead right away and contacted the lead as soon as possible. This lead was a first time homebuyer and was looking to buy a house and get the tax credit. I sent them and showed them houses that I thought would be good for them and 4 showings later they liked one of the houses and put in an offer. This offer was accepted and we should be closing on Nov 30. Leadstreet Rocks!!! Thanks RE/MAX for designing this feature!!!

  19. I received a Lead Street Lead this spring. They were initially a buyer lead then turned into a listing lead. They had a connection with a Loan Officer who guided them to work with her agent on the purchase side. But, they were so impressed with our Client Results Plan, that they listed with us! We sold their property in less than 60 days and closed 45 days later! Thanks LeadStreet!

  20. Another Lead Street lead this Spring! We received a listing lead on LeadStreet. I met with the sellers. They also interviewed 5 other Realtors with different agencies (from discount to full service). They decided to work with us. We sold their home for Market Value in 53 days. They also purchased a home with us as well. So I guess this counts as 2 sales from LeadStreet. Thanks LeadStreet!
