Get Your LeadStreet Training!

trainingheader2We’ve got 2 more trainings in August – one tomorrow from 10-noon and one from 1-3pm on the 30th. Both are still open to registration and both will be covering LeadStreet 201: The Clients Tab. You’ll probably save the 2 hours of training time in the first month with the new efficiencies that LeadStreet has to offer.

The September training calendar will be coming out soon , with an increased focus on the Clients and Listings tabs. That said, we’re also planning another Intro session for September and 2 webinars based on shortened versions of the Intro curriculum. I’ll also be flying out to Wisconsin for a three day road trip to train on LeadStreet (Sept 19-21) and will be trekking out to at least 2 offices in Minnesota. If you can get around 20 people together for a LeadStreet training, I may be able to come out to your office as well.

If you haven’t started utilizing LeadStreet to the fullest, please sign up for an on-site training or a webinar. Our list of classes is growing based off of demand from agents to learn specifics so feel free to contact me if you want to see something else on here.

Intro to LeadStreet - A two hour course which covers how to get leads, how the lead logic works, and an overview of the tab system with a more in-depth look at specific functionality that can save you time and money.

LeadStreet: Essential – A 50 minute version of Intro to LeadStreet focused on how to maximize your lead potential.

LeadStreet: Impact – A 50 minute version of Intro to LeadStreet focused on acquainting you with the system and functionality that can save you time and money

ADVANCED:

LeadStreet 201: The Clients Tab – A look inside the inner workings of the Clients tab with special attention paid to some high-end functionality that will increase your visibility and communication with clients.

LeadStreet 202: The Listings Tab - This course will dive into the Listings Tab to demonstrate the methods by which LeadStreet can augment your sellers’ listings to increase sales opportunities and impress your clients.

Looking for More Reasons to Log into LeadStreet?

On August 2nd we premiered 5 Reasons to Log Into LeadStreet. I received feedback that 5 reasons weren’t enough; there were more reasons that I needed to highlight.

This week we’re bringing you 5 from the Clients tab. I even got Keith Pearson from the Indiana office to chip in a soundtrack for this one (for those of you hoping for the “For a Few Dollars More” music, I’m sorry, that’s copyrighted). Please let us know what you think and submit suggestions on your favorites. We’re covering Listings next.

5 Reasons to Log Into LeadStreet

Have you checked out the new LeadStreet yet?

I put together a short promo (under 2.5 minutes) to give you some idea of what LeadStreet has to offer you by way of improving communication, increasing your visibility, and saving you time.

New LeadStreet Platform Helps Agents Convert Leads to Clients

RE/MAX Associates with RE/MAX Shambeau and Lyons in Waupaca, WI say they are getting more leads through LeadStreet than ever before!  “Our agents have already received more leads through the new LeadStreet than they did in a year with the old LeadStreet!” says Angela Rowland. “They have more interaction with new clients and are very pleased with the new system.  This change has been a huge improvement for our office.”

The new LeadStreet platform allows you to be very proactive with leads and easily turn them into clients.  Watch the training video, “How to Work Leads”, and you’ll discover:

  • Individual consumer activity, contact info, and location interests initiated from their online search
  • How to formulate a personal connection with each consumer via email, phone call or message board
  • How to create and save personal client searches

Not Getting Leads? Login to LeadStreet!

If you have not yet logged into the new LeadStreet, you are not eligible to receive leads from remax.com!

To be eligible for leads, you need to complete the following:

  1. Login to Mainstreet, www.remax.net
  2. Click on the “My Leads” icon
  3. It will default to your “User” tab, however first click on the “Listings” tab to the right
    • Verify your listings are correct
    • If they are correct, leave the MLS ID as-is under the “User” tab
    • If they are not correct, change/add your MLS ID(s) under the “User” tab
  4. Click over to the “User” tab to the left and complete the following:
    • Enter your agent MLS ID(s) for each MLS you belong (if listings are not correct)
    • Specify zip codes for your markets to receive lead offers
    • Set up lead notifications to your phone for instant acceptance
    • Update your contact information and photo

90 Minute “Intro to LeadStreet” Live Training Video

New LeadStreet on Reliance Platform Set to Launch!

The new LeadStreet is set to launch tonight, with most changes expected to be complete by 9AM tomorrow, Thursday, May 19th!

There are two ways you’ll be able to access your new LeadStreet account:

  1. Via Mainstreet (remax.net) using your current username and password; however, his method will not be available until  9AM Friday, May 20th.
  2. Using the URL, username, and password access information emailed to you today, giving you access IMMEDIATELY!

NOTE: You should have already received an email containing a URL and your personal login credentials allowing you access to your new LeadStreet account on the Reliance platform right away!  You will want to keep your credentials as they will also allow you access to LeadStreet through your mobile device and personal website in the future.

If you have not done so already, you should login to your account and complete the following:

  • Change your password (as prompted)
  • Enter your agent MLS ID(s) for each MLS you belong
  • Specify zip codes for your markets to receive lead offers
  • Set up lead notifications to your phone for instant acceptance
  • Update your contact information and photo
  • Verify your listings
  • Enter any customized website content in the Site Builder

Regarding your web clients and contacts:

  • Existing leads and contact information will be automatically transferred to the new system on your behalf; however, they will not be available for you to access, or alter, until approximately 2 hours after the entire migration is complete.  Please check back Thursday afternoon if you need to add or edit contacts.
  • Since this change impacts the “My RE/MAX” (now renamed “My Home Finder”) account for your clients, we will be preparing an e-mail campaign to be sent out on your behalf to your existing contacts.  This campaign will explain the update and inform your contacts of any functionality changes they can expect to their accounts, which they may have set up through remax.com or your microsite.

Regarding existing eNeighborhood Microsites and LeadStreet Accelerator packages:

  • If you did not let us know otherwise, any existing eNeighborhoods Microsite or LeadStreet Accelerator packages will be automatically redirected to your new Reliance site; domain changes may take up to 24 hours to occur and may not be visible until Thursday evening or possibly Friday morning. As a final notice, we encourage you to make sure you have copied over any existing microsite or LSAP content before the switch tomorrow morning.

MAJOR LeadStreet Changes Next Wednesday! Are you ready?

The LeadStreet transfer from eNeighborhoods to the Reliance Network is less than a week away; the region will officially change LeadStreet platforms next Wednesday, May 18!

All of your current favorite features, like lead acceptance via email and text messaging, customizable drip email campaigns, and contact and listing management tools, will all stay in place but…there will be a whole new set of features available, such as lead routing based on agent zip codes, new marketing features like buyer’s and seller’s reports, and mapping tools, that you’ll want to know how to set up and navigate so you don’t lose any leads.

If you did not attend one of the live LeadStreet trainings hosted in MN and WI the past two weeks don’t fret – webinars covering Reliance will be available soon.  In addition, a video of one of the live training sessions will be posted here, on www.SoldSignBlog.com, within the next day or two.

If you did attend one of the live training sessions keep your eyes on your email inbox; you will receive special, early access to your new LeadStreet account in the next few days.

LeadStreet Training: Sessions Filling Up Fast, Register Today

LeadStreet will be transitioning from eNeighborhoods to the Reliance Network in less than a month – May 18 to be exact!  Do not miss your chance at attending one of our live trainings; you will learn the functionality of the new LeadStreet system, will learn how to reset your current opt-ins, and it will ensure you don’t lose out on any leads during the transition!  But you should REGISTER TODAY if you want to secure a spot for your desired training session day and time because the CLASSES ARE FILLING UP FAST!  Training sessions include three days and five sessions in Minnesota and three days and four sessions in Wisconsin:
