The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel has good news for Wisconsin homeowners and sellers.

“Wisconsin’s housing market continued recovering in August as sales of existing homes rose more than 20% and the median sale price inched up for the sixth consecutive month.”

“Real estate professionals said Tuesday that multiple offers on move-in ready properties are increasingly common, and that some communities actually could use more quality properties for sale.”

Not Getting Leads? Login to LeadStreet!

If you have not yet logged into the new LeadStreet, you are not eligible to receive leads from remax.com!

To be eligible for leads, you need to complete the following:

  1. Login to Mainstreet, www.remax.net
  2. Click on the “My Leads” icon
  3. It will default to your “User” tab, however first click on the “Listings” tab to the right
    • Verify your listings are correct
    • If they are correct, leave the MLS ID as-is under the “User” tab
    • If they are not correct, change/add your MLS ID(s) under the “User” tab
  4. Click over to the “User” tab to the left and complete the following:
    • Enter your agent MLS ID(s) for each MLS you belong (if listings are not correct)
    • Specify zip codes for your markets to receive lead offers
    • Set up lead notifications to your phone for instant acceptance
    • Update your contact information and photo

LeadStreet Changes: Good News & Better News

In case you haven’t heard yet, RE/MAX is upgrading our LeadStreet platform on May 18th!  We at RE/MAX North Central are very excited about this change as the move to Reliance brings good news and better news!

The good news is all of your current favorite features, like lead acceptance via email and text messaging, customizable drip email campaigns, and contact and listing management tools, will all stay in place.  The better news is that there will be a whole new set of features available, such as lead routing based on agent zip codes, new marketing features like buyer’s and seller’s reports, and mapping tools, to help you customize and enhance your personal remax.com sites.

But this change is not to be taken lightly.  The LeadStreet you currently know will go away and some of your opt-in settings will need to be reset.  You will also need to learn how to operate the new LeadStreet as the look of  it, and system processes, will be different.

We strongly urge you, if you do not want to lose any leads during this upgrade, to attend one of these upcoming  training sessions:

RE/MAX Lead System Generates $8 Million in Sales!

LeadStreet, the automated RE/MAX lead generation system, allows RE/MAX agents to receive and accept leads on their cell phones and through text messages.  This system helped two RE/MAX agents generate $8 million in sales and helps prove that RE/MAX tools and systems can definitely increase agents’ production levels!
