Two Great Reasons to Attend the RE/MAX Fall Conference & Vendor Show

Are you one of those people who needs a really good reason to step away from business and attend an event?  Well, if so, I have good news for you: I have TWO great reasons why you should attend the RE/MAX Fall Conference & Vendor Show next month….

TOM FERRY and SAM SILVERSTEIN

These two successful and energetic men will be our keynote speakers and will certainly get you excited about your business and what it can become!

Sam will help you take an honest look at what you’re doing then show you how to improve leadership, increase sales and develop better customer service.

Tom will teach you a step-by-step process to add 18-36 more transactions by explaining the five pillars of successful lead generation.

Now….tell me those aren’t two great reasons to attend!!

A Message from Hollywood!

Well, I’d like to tell you I flew out to LA to shoot this video myself but I did not.  I was lucky enough to stay here in Minnesota while some of my colleagues had the arduous task of visiting the City of Angels and collecting the footage.  I hope you enjoy their hard work….

Did you think it was going to be a message from a Hollywood A-list actor?  Even though it’s not I did hear a few of my colleagues ran into Kevin Bacon.  Yes, that’s right, I’m now about three degrees from Kevin Bacon!

Just think, if you come to the RE/MAX Fall Conference & Vendor Show you could be just four degrees away!

Apples, Pumpkins, and Leaves – Oh My!

I just went for a run and I’m not going to lie…despite the slight breeze and the shaded trail…I got stinkin’ hot!  But I know that not long from now the temperature will drop, the leaves on the trees will change color, and I will be running through the cool, crisp, autumn air.

And when that happens, I know that I’ll also be able to take part in some other fun, fall festivities such as:

  • A trip to the apple orchard
  • Carving pumpkins with my son
  • High school football games (and no, I’m not old enough to have a son in high school!)
  • Raking leaves
  • Backyard bonfires
  • The RE/MAX Fall Conference & Vendor Show!

Now you tell me…..what’s your favorite fall activity?

I have a joke for you…..

They, and they being those people out there, say that laughter is the best medicine.  And even though I’m not feeling under the weather or anything I thought I would share a joke with you today in case you’re looking for a chuckle:

Okay, ready?

What do you get when you put a stellar promotions team, two captivating keynote speakers, a slew of vendors, and a bunch of top notch break out sessions together?

The RE/MAX Fall Conference & Vendor Show!

Okay – well – I never said it was a good joke!

Either way, you wouldn’t want to miss it, would you?

Fall Conference and Pep Rally recap

Wow! To sum it up in one word would be wow! On Tuesday we had an amazing Homecoming party with tail-gating, food, and fun. We had both a silent auction and a live auction that raised a lot of money for the Children’s Miracle Networ, and to top off the night, much dancing to the band RFactor! A very memorable night for all who were in attendance.

On Wednesday it was business time and from Margaret Kelly to Richard Robbins. It was a full day of valuable information. As promised if you would like to download the power point presentations used by our keynote speakers they are available at MyREMAXTools.com in PDF format.

We will be uploading many more pics shortly so be sure to follow us here on the blog or on our RE/MAX North Central Facebook page.

Don’t miss Greg Gadson’s presentation, “Circumstances Don’t Define Us”.

Lieutenant Colonel Greg Gadson has survived the very worst of war, but this highly decorated American soldier has not been defeated by unfortunate circumstance; instead, his life is a portrait of courage in the face of great adversity. As a former standout football player at West Point—and a motivational figure in the New York Giants’ 2008 Super Bowl victory—Gadson understands that hard work and determination are key factors in overcoming life-altering setbacks. Gadson’s biggest challenge happened in Iraq: After an IED attack, both of his legs were amputated above the knees. For anyone else, this might have been a defining moment, but he refuses to be defined by the proverbial “hail of bullets.” Gadson speaks with fervor about the crucial role teamwork and camaraderie play when facing life’s obstacles. As an Army commander, Gadson has been responsible for the lives of his men, and in last fifteen minutes of the crucial “golden hour” immediately after his injury, his life was saved by those same men. Perhaps no one can understand the value of teamwork better than Lieutenant Colonel Greg Gadson.
