As an update to my Tuesday post, regarding the Wall Street Journal & REAL Trends’ The Thousand report naming Ryan O’Neill and the MN Real Estate Team #1 in the country for closed transactions, I’d also like to add a BIG, HUGE congratulations to the other three RE/MAX teams who also made their lists:

Congratulations to Mark Kively and the Mark Kively Team with RE/MAX Lakeside in Milwaukee, WI who came in at #27 for number of closed transaction sides with 379.

The Minnesota Home Team with RE/MAX Advantage Plus in Savage, MN coming in at #48 for number of closed transaction sides with 318.

And the Jason Stockwell Team with RE/MAX Results in Edina, MN who came in at #148 for number of closed transaction sides with 188.

In addition, I’d like to note that Ryan O’Neill and The MN Real Estate Team also came in at #16, based on closed transaction volume for 2010, with $137 million.

And the Minnesota Home Team came in at #148 for closed transaction volume with $50 million.
