If you have been in the business for 5 years or less, or make less than $50,000, this course will help empower you to succeed.  Reinvigorating your relationship with your broker and arming you with business building skills and critical operating activities, you will be prepared to implement the following plans and tools immediately into your real estate business:

This 6-week course includes:

  • 2 weeks of broker-lead pre-work (resources provided)
  • 2-day intensive workshop lead by RE/MAX Learning and Development Specialists*
  • 4 weeks live online coaching comprised of webinars, in-office, and field work

*Prior to the 2-day RE/MAX-facilitated workshop, the following coursework will need to be completed:

  • DISC Personality Profile
  • Profit and Loss Statement
  • Compile List of Contacts
  • Time Management Worksheet
  • KDNA Videos and Website Visit
