We are excited to announce a new RE/MAX Integra initiative known as the Zillow Pro for Brokers program. This program, which launched Thursday, March 27, enhances the syndication of your listings on the Zillow Network* by ensuring that you automatically receive the top listing agent placement, branding recognition, and lead opportunities on your listings.
*Zillow Network: Zillow powers the search on zillow.com, yahoo.com, hotpads.com, aol.com, and HGTV’s frontdoor.com.
In addition to this automatic exposure, there are two other other significant benefits –
1. Zillow Network and LeadStreet Integration
a. Leads from the Zillow Network that are submitted on RE/MAX listings will be filtered into LeadStreet as hot pending lead offers, with the original offer sent to the listing agent.
i. Premier Agents: Agents who advertise on Zillow as Premier agents will continue to retain control over their lead notifications so that they receive their leads directly from Zillow.
2. Tracking Web Client Activity
a. New Zillow Leads: Once the Zillow lead has been accepted, a second notification will be sent with the lead’s contact information and inquiry details.This will also be visible in the new lead’s Web Activity tab within LeadStreet.
b. Existing Web Clients: Following our existing lead logic, if you have an existing web client in your LeadStreet and that web client submits a lead on Zillow with that same email address, that lead will stay with you! The lead’s form submission details will also be visible via the web client’s Web Activity tab within LeadStreet.
