RE/MAX Kingdom is pleased to announce its merger with All Seasons Realty, formerly Coldwell Banker and will begin doing business under the name of RE/MAX All Seasons Realty. The new business will anchor in four Vermont counties including Orleans, Caledonia, Essex and Lamoille effectively covering the Newport, Lyndonville, St Johnsbury, and Stowe areas, reaching between 50 and 60 miles, with plans for further expansion. This merger gives RE/MAX the fastest growing real estate brand in Northern Vermont, with the second largest piece of market share.
Steve Poulin, Co-Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Kingdom, has been an entrepreneur since 1975 and has worked successfully in a number of industries including building material production, race car construction and farm equipment sales. Together with Russ Ingalls, they formed RE/MAX Kingdom in 2011 after acquiring the franchise from RE/MAX of New England.

Russ Ingalls, Co-Owner of RE/MAX Kingdom, built an 18 year career in the auto industry before joining Steve Poulin in 2011 “ Real estate has always been part of my life”, Russ stated, and feels that his ability to make the buying experience a positive memory, (a passion he shared in the auto business), an easy transition to real estate. “My nature is always to want to help” he added.
Rosemary Lalime, owner of All Seasons Realty, formerly Coldwell Banker has sold thousands of properties during her 30+ years in real estate sales. She has spent 25 years as an office owner. She has also served as the Bank Director at Community National Bank since 1985. She has been responsible for 18 agents and has owned three separate offices throughout the Northeast Kingdom.
