Avalar Advantage Real Estate will now operate as RE/MAX Realty Group


Rochester, NH- November 3, 2015 – RE/MAX INTEGRA, New England is pleased to announce that Avalar Advantage Real Estate, located at 1 Windhaven Road, Rochester, NH, will now operate as a new RE/MAX franchise, RE/MAX Realty Group. The office is owned and operated by Ansel B. Crombleholme II and consists of 10 experienced agents.

In the last twelve months, RE/MAX has increased transactions 11.6% and has increased their volume by 10.1%.*

He has been on the Board of Directors for the Strafford County Board of REALTORS® since 2004, the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS® since 2006 and the National Association of REALTORS® since 2012. He was also one of 26 graduates of the 2011 National Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy. Ansel remains actively involved in the Rochester community, having participated on the American Cancer Society Relay for Life Sponsorship Committee since 2012 and as a contributor since 2007.
