We are pleased to announce RE/MAX INTEGRA’s newest owners, John Gscheidmeier of RE/MAX Service First in Waukesha, Wisconsin and Julie and Tim Schnepp of RE/MAX Legacy in Noblesville, Indiana.
John Gscheidmeier & RE/MAX Service First
Specializing in residential and commercial real estate, RE/MAX Service First in Waukesha is focused on providing the best service to clients and the community throughout southeastern Wisconsin, hence the brokerage name.
John is a real estate veteran with 22 years of experience, and he truly understands the importance of service, as he was once a firefighter and a police officer. With that in mind, RE/MAX Service First offers a savings program for police officers, firefighters, veterans and servicemen and women.
Active in the community, John supports numerous causes that uplift the men and women who protect the community, state and country, and he looks forward continuing his commitment to put the people of his community first while operating under the RE/MAX name.
Tim and Julie Schnepp & RE/MAX Legacy
Under the leadership of husband and wife duo Tim and Julie, and their two daughters, RE/MAX Legacy takes root in Noblesville, expanding on their Pendleton location. Tim and Julie bring a combined 40 years of experience in the real estate industry to this new venture. As a start-up business in 2005, RE/MAX Legacy has grown to be a company that is consistently ranked in the top 10 of all RE/MAX companies in Indiana.
Though RE/MAX Legacy already serves the Noblesville area, the team is excited about opening a physical location and having a presence in the community. In fact, the brokerage plans to hire within the Noblesville community, doubling their staff of nearly 10 people.
Please join us in congratulating the RE/MAX Service First and RE/MAX Legacy owners. We look forward to their continued success!
