With the recent weather changes, it looks like we are getting an early dose of spring, and no one knows the trends of this season better than you! This busy time of year is already kicking into high gear, and we have just the thing to help solidify RE/MAX as the only choice for potential buyers and sellers. With that, we are excited to share this year’s regional media and marketing plans.

The goal for this media campaign is to always be in the most visible, high traffic locations, utilizing both physical, public facing advertisements in addition to digital behavioral targeting and re-targeting. This will ensure we are in front of as many potential home buyers and sellers as possible, while positioning RE/MAX agents as the most professional & knowledgeable in the industry.

To build on the momentum of the 2016 “We Know” campaign, we have continued a similar message with an all new high-impact and highly-visible media campaign for the spring and summer seasons. With a more modern approach to the “We Know” messaging, we have increased the brand presence in all applications, reinforcing the brand statement that ‘RE/MAX agents are the experts in your neighborhood!’

To help you demonstrate your local market knowledge, we have launched customizable “I KNOW” and “WE KNOW” Facebook headers located in Design Center.



Once you login to the Design Center, search “I KNOW” or “WE KNOW” and there will be various versions of logos you can choose to work with. There are ones with a background that matches the billboard and ones that offer no background, and are available in both horizontal and vertical designs. Now you or your team can use these in your marketing to showcase your local neighborhood knowledge!

This spring’s media campaign involves:

  • A robust campaign spanning over 12 weeks
  • Advertisements on billboards, bus wraps/kings, in addition to newspapers, magazines, online and social media outlets
  • A renewed partnership with the Super Bowl champion New England Patriots for the 2017 football season
  • Luxury advertising for the RE/MAX Collection continued (on a grander scale) with publications like The Boston Globe and Down East Magazine, in which we will periodically place brand ads in addition to showcasing luxury listings

With this well-rounded media campaign, we are expecting to generate over 140+ million media impressions in 2017! This means an even higher level of visibility in your market, securing RE/MAX as the most thought of real estate brand.
