RE/MAX broker/owners Lance Rhoades of RE/MAX Centerstone and Monika Mueller of RE/MAX Metro have merged their individual brokerages, forming a well-respected mid-size RE/MAXA office in central Indiana. Now, more than 60 agents will serve buyers and sellers under the RE/MAX Centerstone brand.

This company merger gives even more support to our agents and further widens their network allowing them to grow their businesses and create successes for more clients,” Rhoades said. “With the Indianapolis-area housing market so strong heading into 2018, this couldn’t have come at a better time for our agents and their clients.

Our office has been one of the few dedicated to helping buyers and sellers in and around downtown Indianapolis during its resurgence over the last decade,” Mueller said. “We are excited to join RE/MAX Centerstone under the leadership of Lance who is highly-respected by his peers in the industry and clients.

Rhoades who has 38 years in real estate is known for helping agents build their businesses, and will continue to lead RE/MAX Centerstone. He opened RE/MAX Centerstone in 2009 and the company has consistently topped lists of high-performing RE/MAX offices in Indiana, including top rankings in commissions and closed transactions over the last several years.

The merger expands RE/MAX Centerstone to four locations in central Indiana including an office in downtown Indianapolis at 971 N. Delaware Street. The other locations are 7431 E. U.S. 36 in Avon, 659 N. Green Street in Brownsburg and 3930 Clarks Creek Road in Plainfield.
