Just a few short months ago, we re-launched RE/MAX Launchpad, the single sign-on portal that connects you to a plethora of real estate tools and apps – both RE/MAX and non-RE/MAX.  Now that you’ve had time to dive in and play around a bit, we thought it’d be a good time to find out who’s using it, what they’re using it for, and what it means to their business. So, we asked them! Here, we introduce you to four RE/MAX Launchpad Super Users as they share how they benefit from this innovative resource:

      • “I use Launchpad to look at my company data to help project revenues and also help my agents that may be struggling. It gives me a pretty clear picture of how we are performing, currently and in the last 12 months. It’s great to see everything laid out right in front of you.”
  2. Marc Frisco, Managing Broker RE/MAX Newport Elite – Kenosha, WI
    • Recruiting tool
      • “As a managing broker, I use it in every recruiting meeting.  Having all the tools in one spot is always impressive to show a recruit.”
    • Design Center
      • As an active agent, I use Launchpad primarily for access to Design Center, where I create “flyers” for listings.  I have used these for years and love when new templates are available. On nearly every listing, we take the pdf file and send to a local printer that uses a glossy heavy stock paper which produces great results.  I describe these as great ‘guilt pieces.’ In at least one case, I sold a home directly to a buyer that called me because he found the printed piece at a family members home. That person had viewed the property but it wasn’t quite right for them.  She took a flyer with her but didn’t want to throw it away because it was so nice! That ‘guilt’ in not throwing it away led to her uncle seeing it and calling me direct!”

      • “I use  Design Center mostly for e-newsletters.  It is great to have all the information at your fingertips.  The e-newsletters are very easy to use, edit and send out. We always get a few comments immediately after emailing.  It is great, easy way to stay in front of and connect with my sphere, past clients, and prospects.”

    • One-stop-shop
      • “I use Launchpad as a one-stop-shop to connect to everything else. I visit Design Center…I connect with other agents.  I get frustrated not knowing where to go for what. When I log into Launchpad it’s all in front of me. I know that if I go there I can get anywhere else. It’s organized. It’s speedy. And I don’t need to sign in and out of a bunch of programs. I only need to remember one password!”
