RE/MAX currently supports NAHREP and AREAA at a national level and our agreement with NAREB should be signed by the end of this week. HOW WE AT RE/MAX ARE COMMITTED TO DIVERSITY & INCLUSION

EDUCATING OUR NETWORK

We have actively promoted NAR’s At Home with Diversity training to the RE/MAX membership in our weekly communications. The course addresses issues of diversity, fair housing, and cultural differences. At R4 2021, we announced we are also offering NAR’s Fairhaven training through RE/MAX University, the new simulation course that tests agents on all thing Fair Housing.

Utilizing social media channels to champion diversity, raise awareness and set an example for our network and industry as a whole.

On social, we conducted a social campaign celebrating Pride month where we helped multiple agents from within the RE/MAX network tell their personal LGBTQ stories. Click here to learn more. We also use RE/MAX News as a place to tell stories of diversity and inclusion in action.
